Ingredients
- 1 pound baby red and yellow potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut your potatoes into 3/4" pieces.
- Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a medium pot on the stove.
- Boil the potatoes for 3 minutes, drain the water from the pot, and set the potatoes aside.
- Place a large pan or skillet on the stove on medium heat.
